Candidacy Statement

It would be my greatest honor to serve as an AOG Board Director. I would like to bring a fresh, diversified perspective to the Board, which would give a greater voice to the younger generation of graduatesDuring such a difficult time as the current pandemic, I feel as though we need a stronger sense of community and support from our peers and the Long Blue Line. I will seek to have the AOG take a bigger role in bringing cadets and the graduate community together, as well as cultivate an environment that uplifts, mentors, and inspires the USAFA community across the board. To facilitate engagement early by graduates,  I would propose a one-year, free, automatic membership for all graduates so that everyone can benefit from the networking opportunities that our USAFA experiences provide.  Preserving character-building traditions, highlighting heritage and creating a culture of giving back will also be high on my list of initiatives to bring value to our Academy and graduate community.
