Message from the President and CEO of the Association of Graduates

Air Force Academy Family,

As we all adjust to the ever-changing public health situation, it’s important to continue looking out for our neighbors as well as the worldwide Air Force Academy Family. I ask that, as you are able, please consider the following:

Air Force Academy Alumni Chapters/Affinity Groups/Parents Clubs/Ambassadors

Please actively reach out to those within our Air Force Academy Family during this time, ask questions and discover who may need help. When you find those who may require help or reassurance, connect them to a member of the Academy Family, a local person, or an agency to get them the assistance they need.

Members of the Air Force Academy Family

If you have a “need”, and someone asks if you need help, say “yes!” We too often operate in isolation — taking care of ourselves and suffering in silence — but it does not have to be that way. Someone may be ready, willing and able to help you today. And if you let others assist you, you will be better prepared to lend a helping hand to others in the future when the next crisis comes along.

Looking Toward the Future

A friend of mine at Jostens sent along this video and said I could share it. It only takes about six minutes to watch, but it may give some of you a renewed sense of hope and purpose in these uncertain times.

Remember: One person may not be able to change the world, but you can sure change the world for one!
