COVID-19 Response

Amid these uncertain times, please know that our support and concern for you, as well as the cadets and the Academy, is unwavering.

As the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly evolved, the Association of Graduates and the Air Force Academy Foundation have grappled with difficult decisions — with the health and safety of our graduates, supporters and employees at the heart of our discussions.

We hope that you and your family are safe and well. We’ve been challenged to think creatively to ensure that we are carrying out our collective missions. Our organizations remain committed to connecting graduates worldwide and supporting the Academy during this global pandemic. Your continued support of the Academy is always appreciated, especially during times of uncertainty.

The Association of Graduates and Air Force Academy Foundation are making the following adjustments:

  1. Due to nationwide executive orders governing large gatherings and events in response to the crisis, and the guidance from the CDC on large events and mass gatherings, the AOG and Foundation staffs are working remotely. All staff members will be reachable via published office phone numbers, or the general 719-472-0300 number, and through email throughout this crisis.
  2. The AOG and Foundation’s physical offices are closed to the public. Visitors are encouraged to meet with employees via phone or online meeting tools. Contact individual staff members for the best option to connect.
  3. We will evaluate the health risks of reopening our offices and will extend or adjust our office closure, as appropriate. Also, we will make future operational changes and event updates via email, social media, our office line 719-472-0300, usafa.org and afacademyfoundation.org.
  4. As this is a dynamic situation, this web page will provide timely information, as well as actions the Academy leadership is taking to mitigate the spread of the virus. USAFA has compiled a list of frequently asked questions. Please check back regularly for recommendations and instructions for cadets, parents, visitors, faculty and staff.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to let us or our respective staff members know if there are questions you may have, information you require or help that we can offer. We stand ready to assist if we can!

With our best wishes and deepest gratitude,
