The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation, while one entity supported by a joint staff, is governed by two separate boards of directors and is listed as two separate nonprofits.
The Association of Graduates, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership organization, serves as the Academy's official alumni association, fostering connection among graduates and preserving the Academy's heritage. Its board governs membership and alumni engagement and acts as a liaison between graduates and Academy leadership.
The Air Force Academy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, focuses on fundraising to provide financial support for cadet programs, capital projects and other Academy priorities. Its board oversees strategic direction and ensures alignment with the Academy's mission.
The Association & Foundation is pleased to publish financial information, including our annual reports, audited financials and IRS Forms 990. Questions about these statements and reports should be referred to the CFO.
