Our services for graduates

Association & Foundation
Services

We exist to support the Academy, serve graduates and preserve the heritage of the institution and Long Blue Line.

Thanks to our members' generosity and support, the U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation is proud to deliver programs and services that serve our graduates and support the Cadet Wing. From special perks to one-of-a-kind experiences, we open doors to benefits that honor your connection to the Academy.

Travel & Tours

Tours

The Association & Foundation offers a program allowing Academy graduates escorted access to the cadet area. Please allow for at least 10 business days to schedule an escort.

AOG members who wish to visit a cadet, Academy staff member or department should contact the cadet/staff member/department directly so they may arrange for an escort. The Association & Foundation customer service office can provide the telephone numbers or email addresses of individuals or departments.

Volunteers will conduct tours during normal duty days. Academy activities and inclement weather could result in canceled tours. No tours are authorized when basic cadets are training in the cadet area, during reunion weekends, holidays, or when Cadet Wing training dictates. A volunteer will contact you to arrange your tour.

Groups of more than 20 require coordination with the Cadet Wing and security forces. Please contact the Visitor Center.

Golf Reservations

One of the most popular sites at the Academy is Eisenhower Golf Club, a modern and scenic facility with two 18-hole courses: the championship Blue, and the stunning Silver.

Reservations are recommended, especially during the busy summer season. Eisenhower Golf Club offers golf instruction, golf clinics and a summer junior golf program, all of which are conducted by the PGA-certified staff. Eisenhower Golf Club is also the home course for the Air Force Academy’s intercollegiate golf team, which plays host to a Division 1 tournament each September.

Heritage & Heirlooms

Class Ring Program

The crest is one of the most treasured representations of class unity and pride. Until graduation, the class ring is worn with the crest facing inward and closest to the heart. After graduation, the ring is turned so that the Air Force Academy crest is closest to the heart.

With financial support from the Class of 1968, the AOG has established a class ring display on the second floor of Doolittle Hall. This display is designed to include one graduate-worn ring from each class.

Anyone wishing to donate a class ring should send it to the Association & Foundation. Donated rings are tax deductable.

And if you need help finding, repairing or replacing your class ring, contact our customer service team.

Saber Rentals

Special occasion? Rent a saber from Doolittle Outfitters, the official outfitter of USAFA graduates and families. Sabers may be rented for any special event.

Guidelines:

  • A saber rental set includes six to eight cadet sabers, scabbards, belts and buckles that will be shipped and insured via FedEx 10 days prior to the scheduled event to ensure the rental arrives on time.
  • Saber rentals should be reserved three to four weeks prior to the event to ensure availability and timely delivery.
  • The saber rental price of $450 includes a $100 deposit that will be refunded upon the timely return and condition of your rental. This total also includes shipping costs.
  • Doolittle Outfitters will not ship saber rentals to a PO, AOP, DPO or FPO Box, as our preferred shipping service does not recognize these delivery options.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.
