The Association & Foundation honors and preserves the heritage of the U.S. Air Force Academy and its graduates through experiences, programs, communications and more.

The Association & Foundation celebrates and preserves the heritage of the Air Force Academy in several ways.
- Checkpoints magazine is the Association & Foundation’s flagship publication. It provides a vibrant look at Academy life and the journeys of our graduates, sharing their triumphs, contributions and transformative experiences.
The Heritage Trail at the Doolittle Campus pays tribute to the lives and accomplishments of the Academy's Long Blue Line and includes:
- USAFA War Memorial
- Challenge Bridge
- Southeast Asia Pavilion
- Plaza of Heroes
- Distinguished Graduate memorials
