What we offer
The Association & Foundation strives to provide a customizable reunion experience tailored to your class's needs. Reunion planning begins nine to 12 months before your reunion. Options include a full reunion experience at USAFA and out-of-cycle reunions.
Full reunion experience
- Weekends approved and fully supported by USAFA.
- Typically during football season.
- Includes a Friday USAFA open house with full Terrazzo access, squadron open houses and leadership and special topic briefings.
Out-of-cycle reunions
- Reunions based on class needs.
- Typically during a non-football/USAFA-supported weekend.
- Can be held at USAFA or other locations around the country.
All reunions include:
- Class-wide communication support
- We provide class surveys, email blasts, detailed schedules and updates to your class as necessary.
- We'll keep your reunion website updated with the latest information.
- Event planning and registration
- We'll provide step-by-step instructions and guidance for planning your reunion, memorials, banquets and other events to ensure you have a great experience.
- Digital support
- Our team is here to help you with setting up your website and increasing your online presence.
- Reunion weekend execution
- Staff from the Association & Foundation and USAFA will be on hand at nearly every event to help attendees with questions, directions and other needs.

We have developed a framework to help classes returning in fall 2026 select reunion dates.
