Annual memberships are effective upon payment. The AOG will automatically renew annual membership dues paid by credit card at the current yearly membership price during the member's anniversary month.

Life memberships are effective upon receipt of the first payment.  Life membership payments are non refundable. If payments are not completed, membership will be converted to "annual" for the number of years equivalent to payments made.

Under the Life Membership at Graduation (LMAG) program, membership becomes effective on graduation day. Payments are completely refundable until two weeks prior to graduation.  For details, see the LMAG policy statement.

3. Be sure to write in your AOG ID number on the renewal form. This will make the process easier for continuous membership ensuring your membership does not enter into a lapsed status resulting in ineligibility for certain AOG programs such as the Graduate Dependent Scholarship.
   
   
4. If you do not know your AOG ID number but have been a member in good standing for one or more continuous years, the System should be able to reconcile your account based of name and address information provided. Be sure to call the AOG at 719-472-0300 with any questions or concerns.
