Paris - March 28-April 5, 2008: (link to trip brochure) In Paris, magic is an everyday affair. You can't help but feel it, whether you're sipping espresso in a sidewalk cafe, exploring the Louvre, or looking up at the Eiffel Tower, lit up against the evening sky. Go where Monet painted and Napoleon ruled. Where champagne runs like water and food is an art. Travel to the chateaux country and find yourself in a fairy-tale land of extraordinary castles and enchanting gardens. Imagine being at the tip of Africa where majestic mountains stand guard over unspoiled beaches, where a penguin colony frolics not far from cosmopolitan Cape Town. There you are bartering for a piece of folk art in the craft market, or enjoying a night in a jazz cafe. Such is the diversity of this magnificent land. See yourself visiting Stellenbosch and Franschoek, storied villages in the verdant winelands of South Africa. The next evening perhaps have your binoculars trained on a lion asleep under a tree or elephants roaming the plains.
