Academy graduates challenged to serve with honor "Willingness always to take the right path, even if it is the hard path, is called character," Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates told the 977 graduating members of the Class of 2007. The Association of Graduates and its more than 25,000 members extend their congratulations to the Class of 2007 and welcome them to the ranks of the graduate community. AFA clinic will offer LASIK eye surgery The Air Force Academy’s eye clinic will soon start offering another form of laser surgery.

Jeff Reynolds completes staff for 2007-08 season Air Force announced the hiring of men’s basketball assistants Steve Snell and Kevin Carroll on Monday. The hires complete new head coach Jeff Reynolds’ staff. Kyle Schafer Named Academic All-American Ehn, Korte named top Falcons athletes Hockey player Eric Ehn and track and field’s Olivia Korte took home the most valuable male and female athlete awards. C1C Brian Walsh and C4C Nick Frawley were invited to participate in the 2007 NCAA Track and Field Championships. Each are making their first appearance at the national outdoor meet, Walsh will compete in the decathlon and Frawley will take part in the pole vault. Former Air Force head coach Lou Sagastume and three of his former players have been selected to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Men's Soccer 15th Anniversary Teams. |
