C1C Blair Leake earns NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship 

Air Force senior Blair Leake was awarded an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship for her intercollegiate and academic accomplishments. 

 

C4C Melissa Beerse shatters Academy pole vault record

C4C Melissa Beerse smashed her own Academy record in the pole vault, as the Air Force track and field team competed at the Wyoming Invitational on Saturday, April 28. Beerse cleared a career-best 12'9½" to win the event, improve her NCAA Regional Qualifying standard and set a new AirForceAcademy record.


Falcons drop 11-9 contest to Denver

Despite holding a four-goal lead in the first half, the Air Force lacrosse team could not hold off a late Denver rally, falling to the Pioneers, 11-9, Saturday evening at Barton Lacrosse Stadium.

 

Sprint Medley Relay Team crushes 41-year old Academy record

Four members of the Air Force track and field team combined to set a new Academy standard in the sprint medley relay as the Falcons concluded competition at the 98th-annual Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa, on Saturday, April 28.
