Zavacki Added to USAFA War Memorial

Capt. Francis Zavacki, '64 was wounded during a mortar attack in South Vietnam in August of 1969. He later died in surgery after his condition worsened. Initially it was believed Zavacki's death was not combat related.

The Air Force volleyball team closes out its home slate with a pair of Mountain West Conference matches, hosting UNLV then closing out the season at Clune Arena against San Diego State.

Falcons mix it up during Friday Night Fights

Featuring both veteran talent and new faces, the Air Force boxing team hosted another round of Friday Night Fights in the Cadet Gym. In all, 24 boxers competed in 11 different weight classes.
 
Falcon hockey splits with Bentley

Air Force scored one goal in each period for a 3-1 win over Bentley in an Atlantic Hockey Association game, at the John A. Ryan Arena in Waltham, Mass. Air Force improved to 3-1 overall.
