President Bush to speak at Air Force Academy graduation
President George W. Bush will be the guest speaker for this year’s graduation ceremony, the White House announced April 10. This will be President Bush’s second visit to the Air Force Academy in this role.

Air Force secretary tells cadets of changing times
The Air Force has met the challenge of change with a combination of innovation, adaptability and flexibility for the last 60 years, said the Air Force secretary in his address to first and third class cadets April 8 in Arnold Hall.

AOG to begin sending electronic receipts
In the next few weeks the AOG will begin sending electronic receipts for all credit card donations.  Sending these receipts electronically will save the AOG a great deal of time and money!

Six Falcons head to NCAA Championships
Six members of the Air Force track and field team will close out the season at the 2008 NCAA Championships this week (April 17-19) in Palo Alto, Calif.
 
C1C Tim Anderson receives top honors at Men's Basketball Banquet
C1C Tim Anderson won the Bob Spear Award April 16, given to the student-athlete that is outstanding in all areas of the Academy - academics, athletics and military performance. There is no higher honor for a men's basketball player.
 
Doug Day named North Central Region Coach of the Year
Air Force women's gymnastics coach Doug Day was named the North Central Regional Head Coach of the Year following the NCAA regional championships this past weekend. It is the first such honor for Day and the first women's coaching award since 2001.

Falcons to face UNM in first round of MWC Championships
The Air Force men's tennis team will face New Mexico in the first round of the 2008 Mountain West Conference Championships on Thursday, April 24.
 
Air Force football schedule set for 2008
Six nationally televised games and visits to Falcon Stadium by Southern Utah, Utah, Navy, New Mexico, Colorado State and BYU highlight the 2008 Air Force football schedule, released today by the Mountain West Conference.
