Class Gift Program
USAFA Class of 2001
In honor of our 10th Reunion, we have committed to support the Academy. Private funds are vital to a variety of USAF Academy programs that benefit all cadets. These very programs are the same tools that we benefitted from and shaped our cadet experiences.
Our primary goal is to raise $50,000 to support the new Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD) building and will be recognized in a Senior Faculty Office in the CCLD. The CCLD building will house all of the elements of this critical program in a single facility at the Academy. There is no other building that clearly articulates our Academy’s mission of leadership and character development.
We are also striving to increase our class participation rate and although our primary goal is supporting the CCLD project, our Class Giving campaign efforts welcomes any gift of your choosing toward any Academy program. Total participation counts toward our Class Giving campaign and 100% of all restricted gifts are applied to their respective designations.
To kick-start this campaign, my wife adn I have decided to pledge $2001 to this worthy cause. Please consider a gift of $100, $50, or $20.01 a month for the next 3 years through our project’s online class giving page. A list of other giving opportunities can be found at http://www.usafa.org/Give/. Feel free to contact your Class Gift Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details. In addition, if you make a cash-in payment towards your commitment by Dec 31st, you will be counted in our class participation rate this year. Together we can give back to our Academy and contribute to the continuous development of our elite institution.
